Summary:To be able to harden and evenly disperse the concrete without any vibration unit, this production is completed as follows. A certain voltage preparing position is decided by the size of the mold(M) and the centrifugal rotary wheels(W,W') are rotated at a certain speed meanwhile the up, down movement motor of the vibration voltage roller(M2) is given right rotation(lowering movement) as much as the specific number to be kept to this status for a while, further the trolley locking device is released so that the vibration voltage roller trolley(T) is backed up to the certain location.
