MAKING METHOD OF LOW CARBON COLD ROLLING STEEL SHEET
A low carbon Al-killed steel including (in wt.) less than 100ppm C, less than 0.15% Mn, less than 0.007% S, 0.03-0.07 sol. Al, less than 70ppm N, 0.035-0.065% Nb and the balance Fe is continuously casted to a slab, hot rolled on condition that the surface temperature of the steel is 890-950 deg.C an...

Summary: | A low carbon Al-killed steel including (in wt.) less than 100ppm C, less than 0.15% Mn, less than 0.007% S, 0.03-0.07 sol. Al, less than 70ppm N, 0.035-0.065% Nb and the balance Fe is continuously casted to a slab, hot rolled on condition that the surface temperature of the steel is 890-950 deg.C and the temperature just after finish rolling is 700-860 deg.C, acid cleaned, cold rolled, and continuously annealed at low temperature of more than 730 deg.C. The obtained steel sheet has good deep drawability. |
