CONSTITUTION:A temporary file is formed in a local memory 4 to be directly accessed from the CPU 1 and a program for sorting or the like is loaded from an external storage device 5. A program driven in the CPU 1 specifies one or more temporary files stored in the local memory 4 as objects to be processed, specifies the program loaded to the memory 4 as a processing means and commands a local processor 3 to execute processing. The processor 3 starts the specified program, processes the specified temporary file group and returns a processed result to the program driven in the CPU 1.
