The apparatus comprises: a belt conveyer(2) installed under a middle part of a freely rotatable conveyer(1); a frame(2') positioned at a front lower part of the belt conveyer(2) to move up and down; a pipe roller conveyer(4) vertically connected to the belt conveyer(2); a support beam transversely installed at an upper part of the pipe roller conveyer(4); metal plate grippers(16,16') facing each other; a gap adjustment beam(15) adjusting the position of the reinforced bend (8) of the metal plate(14); a nozzle(7) discharging adhesives; a dryer(9) drying the adhesives.
