METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AN AL-MG ALLOYED THIN FILM STEEL SHEETS WITH AN EXCELLENT CORROSION RESISTANCE AND ADHESION

This sheet has a coated layer of Al/Mg alloy in the coating thickness of under 5 Pm, or the total adhesion quantity of under 13.5g/m2 in the vacuum evaporation bath. Al/Mg alloy comprises 18.0 to 59.0wt.% Al, and the balance of Mg. The Al/Mg coated layer on the surface of steel sheet is produced by...

Summary:This sheet has a coated layer of Al/Mg alloy in the coating thickness of under 5 Pm, or the total adhesion quantity of under 13.5g/m2 in the vacuum evaporation bath. Al/Mg alloy comprises 18.0 to 59.0wt.% Al, and the balance of Mg. The Al/Mg coated layer on the surface of steel sheet is produced by synchronous evaporating of the two evaporation sources: one is Al, and the other is Mg. The degree of vacuum is under 5=G10-5 Torr. The temperature of board is 250deg.C. This process removes the pin hole on the vacuum evaporated Al steel sheet. The produced sheet is used for automobile, electric home appliances, building materials and structures requiring high corrosion resistance, heat resistance, adherency, and machinability. 내용없음
