Summary: | This sheet has a coated layer of Mn/Al alloy in the total quantity of about 20g/m2 by vacuum evaporation or ion plating method. Mn/Al alloy comprises 11 to 60wt.% Mn, and the balance of Al. The Mn/Al coating layer on the surface of steel sheet is produced by synchronous evaporating of the two evaporation source: one is Al, and the other is Mn. The degree of vacuum is under 5=G10-5 Torr. The temperature of board is in the range of room temperature to 300deg.C. The produced sheet is used for automobile, electric home appliances, building materials and structures requiring high corrosion resistance, heat resistance, adherency, and machinability.
