This sheet has two coated layers on the surface of steel sheet; the lower coated layer of vacuum evaporated Al in the range of 1 to 5g/m2, and the upper coated layer of vacuum evaporated Mn/Al alloy in the total application quantity of about 20g/m2. Mn/Al alloy comprises 11 to 60wt.% Mn, and the balance of Al. The degree of vacuum is under 5=G10-5 Torr. The temperature of board is 250deg.C. The lower layer of Al provides good adherency and corrosion resistance, and the upper layer of Mn/Al provides good heat resistance, coating property and weldability. The produced sheet is used for automobile, electric home appliances, building materials and structures requiring high corrosion resistance, adherency, and machinability.
