Summary:The circuit detects a battery discharge state to a driver by lightening an alarm lamp when a driving belt slips and opens, and protects a traffic accident. The device includes an alarm lamp(6) which is opearted by a blocking of exciting current that is flowed to exciting coil(2) and exciting tarnsistor(5) from a vehicle generator(3), an armature coil(3) which has the pair of nodes, and one of which is connected to a (-) terminal of voltage comparator(29) through a wave shaping circuit(27) and frequency/voltage converter(28), a speed sensor output(30) of engine is connected to a (+) terminal of voltage comparator(29) through a wave shaping circuit(31) and frequency/ voltage converter(32), and an output terminal of voltage comparator(29) is connected to a lamp driving transistor(34) which is operated by output signals with armature coil revolution variation.
