The method comprises the steps of, when the subscriber who subscribes a camp-on busy service is making a phone call, if the third subscriber calls the subscriber who is making a phone call, checking whether the number of the call subscriber is busy or not; if it is not busy, performing a normal reception, but if it is busy, checking whether the camp-on busy service is registered or not; if the service is not registered, performing a cut process; if it is registered, performing the camp-on busy service; and in case that the subscriber who is listening a camp-on busy sound demands the camp-on busy service, generating the busy tone.
