Summary:The method comprises the steps of reading a DPRAM message of a communication board when messages are received by operating an input/output schedule with an operating processor; checking whether the input/output schedule message is on 'Q' of a server, recording the message in DPRAM to be suitable to a slot if there is the message, and checking the flag state of the DPRAM if there is no message; staying the server during a predetermined time to return back to the first step if the flag state of the DPRAM is at "0", and checking whether there is message to be processed if the flag is not "0"; and transmitting the corresponding message after processing the message of the DPRAM for 10 times if there is message to be processed, and performing a 'Q' state flag process after changing the state flag of the DPRAM into "0" if there is no message to be processed.
