Summary:PURPOSE:To utilize a common dynamic pulley without especially enlarging the flange diameter for oiling hoses regardless of protrusions thereof when the oiling hose is contained in a housing by use of the dynamic pulley. CONSTITUTION:A filling device is provided with a dynamic pulley 6 equipped in a housing 7a to be freely and vertically movable and a container of an oiling hose 5 which is wound up on the pulley 6 at the middle thereof in which the protrusion 5b for arrangement of signal wires along the longitudinal direction is formed as a unit on the hose body 5a. The diameter of one of flanges is formed to be smaller so that the protrusion 5b can project to the wound up part 6c of hose at the peripheral edge of the dynamic pulley 6.
