Summary:The method for producing human interleukin-2 protein in a tobacco tissue comprises: (a) inserting human interleukin-2 gene into a vector pBKS-1 to obtain a recombinant plasmid DNA; (b) transforming it into Agrobacterium tumefaciens; (c) adding the transformants into tobacco leaves callus and culturing at 25 deg.C for 1-2 days in a dark place; (d) washing it with MS medium and culturing in a selective medium containing kanamycin and carbenicillin; (e) culturing it to obtain a tobacco tissue (KCTC 8499P), producing human interleukin-2 protein.
