PURPOSE:To improve the transport efficiency for a pallet by constituting the captioned device so that a pallet mounting base is positioned and released by the direct interlocking in mechanical ways with the turning operation of the pallet mounting base and the carrying-in and out operation for the pallets. CONSTITUTION:A mounting base is positioned for a basic board by engaging the positioning pins 25 and 26 for stoppers 27 and 29, and a pallet is carried-in and out. At this time, the carried-in pallet is engaged with the hook levers 36 and 38 which are turning-shifted by the contact with the carried-in pallet, and the second working mechanism 50 which receives the pressing power of the first working mechanism 40 on the basis of each turning moment of the hook levers 36 and 38 separates the positioning pins 25 and 26 from the stoppers 27 and 29 and shifts the positioning pins 25 and 26, and permits the turning shift of the mounting base. Then, a part of the second working mechanism 50 contacts swash plates 61 and 65, following the turning shift, and the working mechanisms 40 and 50 which receive the reaction force based on the turning power of the mounting base from the swash plates 61 and 65 can be returned compulsorily.
