Summary: | The digital signal processor (DSP) and the graphic signal processor (GSP) of the image processing system are operated independantly so that data processing speed is increased. The image processing system comprises an image displaying unit (1) including a graphic processor (B) for transmitting data to an overlay memory (E) and a frame memory (G) through a host processor and processing program to a GSP program memory (J), a signal processing unit (2) including a signal processor (M) for transmitting data to a DSP data memory (P) through a host processor and a pgogram to a DSP program memory (N), and a common memory unit (3) for interfacing data and program between the image displaying unit and the signal processing unit (2) so that a graphic processor (B) and a signal processor (M) is operated independantly. |
