Summary:Solution vessels (1)(2) are intalled so that solution is supplied to a mixing vessel (3) with a solenoid valve (8) through solenoid valves (6)(7) and pumps (6)(7) driven by motors (14)(15). Feeding bolt (12) is mounted on the side of amixing vessel (3) so that a carrier with sensors to detect solution level is moved up or down by a motor (13) with encoder (16) to measure displacement-value of sensors (9)(10). The encoder (16) is connected with a centeral control (20) with keyboard (19) through counter (17) and computating element (18) to compute an amount of solution.
