Summary:A piled fabric (1), which is impregmated with polyurethane resin or raised, is passed through front brush roller (3) so that piles are laid down toward the fabric's running direction. After undergoing buffing process by sand roller (5), the piled fabric is dipped into a bath (7) which contains wetting agent, squeezed by squeezing roller (8) so that the pad-on amount, or impregnation wt.% of water soluble wetting agent against the piled fabric (1) be 50-80 %. Then the squeezed sheet is passed through several rubber rollers (10)(10') in a drying chamber whose drying temp. is 120-180 deg.C by zig-zag way. The dried sheet is passed through backside dust collecting hood (11) so that the falled fibers are absorbed and removed.
