Summary:The method is to generate the reduced and the high speed pont using the standard pont software to improve the efficiency of a memory. The method comprises steps: (A) storing the standard pont on a temperary buffer (CG buffer); (b) setting a standard point (SPT) and set point (DPT) on a buffer (180) and setting the initial values of a first and a second counter to designate the initial values of variable used to reduce the ponts; (C) shifting the standard pont (SPT) and the set pont (DPT) to the designated row; (D) reducing the value of the second counter by one and returning to the step (C) when the reduced counter value is not zero; (E) oring the standard points of the designated row and the adjacent row and inputting the result to the set point (DPT) to reduce the number of rows and to initialize the standard point and the set point; and (F) reducing the value of the first counter and checking that the counter value is zero.
