Summary:The apparatus comprises a charge chamber (8) charged with waste electrical wire and having jacket for circulation of a heat transfer medium on the outside wall, a separating plate (6) is mounted between the chamber (8) and a storage (7) for melting synthetic resin, a melting tank (5) having an inlet (10) for inputting a solution in the chamber (8) and an exhaust pipe in the storeroom (7), and an evaporating tank (11) and an extruder (14). The melting synthetic resin moves from the melting tank (5) to the evaporating tank (11) and is extruded by the extruder (14).
