A benzoylurea compound of the formula:wherein R, is a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom, R2 is a halogen atom, R3 is a halogen atom or a lower alkyl group and R4 is a 3,5-difluorophenyl group, a pentafluorophenyl group or a pentachlorophenyl group, which is useful as an insecticidal agent.
