Summary:The device comprises a pair of vertically juxtaposed rollers (5,7), a transfer roller (13) with small diam., and a pair of endless belts (3,9) located at upstream and downstream of the rollers. The rollers are spaced with the gap less than the thickness of dough pieces and moves in the same direction at the nip. The transfer roller is provided near one roller of the pair and rotates in the pieces travel direction at a higher peripheral speed than the first rollers. One roller pref. has face more adherent to dough than the other roller, and the transfer roller is adjacent to this roller.
