Summary: | The front and rear parts of an elasto-plastic shuttle (A) are respectively provided with a recess (3), which has a smaller diameter than but the same length as tip (1) screw (2). The rear part of the recess (3) has an air-discharge hole (4), and the screw (2) is forced in the recess (3) so that the recess (3) forms threads by compression of the screw (2) for no need of a special nut. The method reduces material cost, and raises productivity with the tip (1) screw (2) engaging securely with the recess (3). |
