Summary: | The circuit adjusts current applied to a fluorescent lamp through the control of a variable resistor by a user or by a photoconductive element sensing the light illumination of environs for automatic light adjustment. Power source terminals (A,B) connect via resistor (R1), bridge diode (2) and resistor (R2) to constant voltage diode, whose connecting node connecting via resistor (R3), variable resistor (VR) and integrated circuits (IC1-4) to the base of transistor (TR), the output of bridge diode (2) connecting via capacitor (C2), photoconductive sensor (CDS), switch (SW2), capacitor (C3) to the base of TR, whose collector and emitter resp. connecting to source (A) and choke coil middle terminal. |
