Summary:Spinning soln. was prepd. by adding >= 1% of whith or colorless alkali metal salt such as potassium sulfate, sodium sulfate, potassium bromace, sodium bromate, etc. to a polymer or polymer mixture. The density of salt used should be >= 2.0 gr/cc. The surface of resulting fibers was treated with water or solvent of salt and then a part of the salt removed to give the title compd. The title compd. gave a shape and feeling to the fibers similar to those of animal hair.
