A voltage converting device according to embodiments disclosed herein may comprise: a bridge rectifier which rectifies an input voltage and outputs a first alternating current voltage; a power factor corrector which converts the first alternating current voltage into a first direct current voltage on the basis of power factor correction; a DC-DC converter which converts the first direct current voltage into a second direct current voltage; and a PFC controller which controls at least one of the bridge rectifier, the power factor corrector, or the DC-DC converter. The bridge rectifier can output the first alternating current voltage by rectifying the input voltage using at least one operational amplifier, at least one switch, at least one diode, and at least one resistor.
