The present invention relates to an electronic device which comprises: a display panel including a front surface for displaying an image and a rear surface facing the front surface; a circuit board connected to one side of the display panel; a lower panel disposed on the rear surface of the display panel and having openings defined therein; a fingerprint sensing unit including a fingerprint sensor spaced apart from a sidewall of the opening by a predetermined gap and a sensing circuit board connecting the fingerprint sensor with the circuit board; and a light absorption cover disposed on the rear surface of the display panel to overlap a gap on a plane.
