본 발명은 스트렙토마이세스 에스피(Streptomyces sp.) JCK-8055 균주, 이의 배양액 또는 이의 추출물을 포함하는 식물병 방제용 조성물, 이의 제조 방법 및 이를 이용한 방제 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 상기 균주의 배양액 및 이로부터 분리한 항균 활성 물질을 함유하는 조성물의 병방제 활성 및 저항성 유도활성이 우수함을 확인하였으므로, 식물에 선처리 또는 종자코팅제로 이용하기 위한 친환경 생물제제로서 이용할 수 있다. The present invention relates to a Streptomyces sp. JCK-8055 strain, a composition for plant disease control, containing a culture broth of the strain or an extract therefrom, a preparation method therefor, and a control method using same. It has been found that the composition containing the culture broth of the strain and the antimicrobial active substance isolated therefrom exhibits excellent disease control activity and resistance-inducting activity, and thus can be utilized as an eco-friendly bioagent for pretreatment on plants or as a seed coating agent.
