An anti-stalking alert system based on collective intelligence comprises: a monitoring unit that monitors a location of a first user terminal on the victim's side and a location of a stalker who is subject to a restraining order in real-time; an alert unit that generates a stalker access alert signal through an application on the first user terminal when the stalker approaches within a preset restraining distance; and a control unit that collects locations of a plurality of second user terminals registered as members and generates a victim rescue alert signal through the application of at least one second user terminal located within the restraining distance based on the location of the first user terminal where the stalker access alert signal is generated. According to the present invention, a victim can be protected from a stalker based on collective intelligence when the stalker approaches within a certain distance range from the victim. 본 발명은, 집단 지성을 기반으로 하는 스토킹 방지 알람 시스템에 있어서, 피해자 측의 제1 사용자 단말의 위치와 접근금지명령이 조치된 스토커의 위치를 실시간 모니터링하는 모니터링부; 상기 스토커가 기 설정된 접근금지 거리 내로 접근 시에 상기 제1 사용자 단말의 앱을 통해 스토커 접근 알람 신호를 발생시키는 알람부; 및 기 멤버쉽 등록된 복수의 제2 사용자 단말의 위치를 수집하고, 상기 스토커 접근 알람 신호가 발생된 제1 사용자 단말의 위치를 기준으로 상기 접근금지 거리 내에 위치한 적어도 하나의 제2 사용자 단말의 앱을 통하여 피해자 구호 알람 신호를 발생시키는 제어부를 포함하는 스토킹 방지 알람 시스템을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 피해자로부터 일정 거리 범위 내에 스토커가 접근하는 경우에 집단 지성을 기반으로 피해자를 스토커로부터 보호할 수 있다.
