본 발명의 목적은 백묵병 및 부저병을 유효성분으로 포함하는 꿀벌 면역 활성화 조성물을 제공하는 것으로서, 본 발명의 열처리로 사멸시킨 백묵병 및 부저병의 혼합물을 꿀벌의 면역증진 및 면역 활성화시키는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 열처리로 사멸시킨 백묵병 및 부저병의 혼합물의 페퍼민트 오일을 첨가하여 꿀벌에 식이 하였을 시, 체중 증가 및 발육 관련 유전자의 발현을 증가시키는 것을 확인하였으며, 열처리로 사멸된 백묵병 및 부저병 혼합물로 화분떡 및 꿀 희석액을 제조하여 봉군 내 유충으로부터 부저병에 대한 생존율이 증가한 것을 확인하여, 이와 관련된 사업에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
