The first insulating layer covers a portion of the upper surface and the side surface of the first intermediate layer, and covers a portion of the upper surface and the side surface of the second intermediate layer. The second insulating layer overlaps, via the first insulating layer, the portion of the upper surface and the side surface of the first intermediate layer and the portion of the upper surface and the side surface of the second intermediate layer.
