암 세포에 특이적으로 흡수되는 성질을 가질 수 있는 신규 화합물이 제공된다. 본 발명에서는 신규 4-보로노-페닐알라닌 유도체, 복소환 골격을 갖는 보로노-페닐알라닌 유도체, 또는 축합환 구조를 갖는 보로노-페닐알라닌 유도체 또는 그의 약학적으로 허용되는 염이 조제된다. 이러한 화합물은 LAT1 및 LAT2 선택적 흡수의 평가에 있어서, LAT1 특이적으로 흡수되고, 따라서, 암 세포에 특이적으로 흡수되기 쉬운 성질을 가지며, 중성자 포획 요법 등에 바람직하게 사용할 수 있다. 대표적으로는 하기 식 (I)로 표시되는 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용되는 염이다. In the present invention, novel 4-borono-phenylalanine derivatives, borono-phenylalanine derivatives having a heterocyclic skeleton, borono-phenylalanine derivatives having a fused ring structure, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are prepared. These compounds have the property of being taken up specifically by LAT1 and thus easily taken up specifically by cancer cells in the evaluation of LAT1 and LAT2 selective uptake, and can be conveniently used for neutron capture therapy and the like.
