Summary:The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional cancer cell model capable of replacing an animal experiment in developing a drug and screening an anticancer therapeutic agent, and a three-dimensional cancer cell model manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, hypoxic conditions are stably induced for 7 days or more, and a tumor microenvironment can be excellently implemented due to a high cell survival rate, so that an animal experiment can be excellently replaced due to a high functional similarity with an actual biological tissue. 본 발명은 의약품 개발 및 항암치료제 스크리닝 등에 있어서 동물실험 대체가 가능한 3차원 암세포 모델의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 3차원 암세포모델을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면 저산소조건이 7일이상 안정적으로 유도되고, 세포생존률이 높아 종양미세환경을 우수하게 구현할 수 있어 실제 생체조직과 기능적 유사도가 높아 동물실험을 우수하게 대체할 수 있다.
