The present application provides a timing relationship adjustment method and apparatus. A time offset of at least one service beam is indicated to a terminal device, wherein the time offset is used for adjusting a timing relationship between a network device and the terminal device. The present application solves the problem of adjustment of timing relationships between terminal devices and network devices caused by high-speed movement of satellites, and ensures the reliability of data interaction in satellite communication scenarios.
