본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 카테터는 상부 핸들, 내측 둘레에 제1 기어부가 구비된 환형 돌출부를 구비하고, 상기 상부 핸들과 결합하는 하부 핸들, 상기 상부 핸들 및 상기 하부 핸들의 내측에 장착되고, 미리 정해진 가상의 축을 중심으로 상기 상부 핸들 및 상기 하부 핸들에 대하여 상대적으로 회전 가능한 조정다이얼, 상기 조정다이얼의 반경 방향으로 상기 조정다이얼에 대하여 상대적으로 이동 가능하고, 상기 제1 기어부와 선택적으로 결합 가능한 제2 기어부가 외측 둘레에 형성된 원호부를 구비하는 버튼부, 그리고 상기 버튼부에 상기 조정다이얼의 반경 방향 외측으로 항시 복원력을 가하는 탄성부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. A catheter of the present invention comprises: an upper handle; a lower handle provided with an annular protruding part having a first gear part provided on the inner periphery thereof, the lower handle being coupled to the upper handle; an adjustment dial mounted inside the upper handle and the lower handle and relatively rotatable with respect to the upper handle and the lower handle around a predetermined virtual axis; a button part relatively movable with respect to the adjustment dial in the radial direction of the adjustment dial and provided with an arc part having a second gear part which is formed on the outer periphery thereof and can be selectively coupled to the first gear part; and an elastic member which always applies a restoration force to the button part in the radially outward direction of the adjustment dial.
