Summary:The present invention relates to a method and device for supporting a power headroom report for pusch retransmission through multiple transmission and reception points in a next-generation communication system. Provided is a method performed by a terminal in the wireless communication system, which includes the steps of: transmitting the capabilities of the terminal to a base station; receiving radio resource control (RRC) settings from the base station; monitoring and triggering a power headroom report (PHR) based on received RRC settings; calculating a power headroom (PH) value based on a node in which the PHR is triggered and generating a PHR medium access control (MAC) control element (CE); and transmitting the generated PHR MAC CE to the base station. 본 개시는 보다 높은 데이터 전송률을 지원하기 위한 5G 또는 6G 통신 시스템에 관련된 것이다.
