Summary: | The present invention relates to a coolant inlet/outlet diameter ratio determination method of a battery cooling device for an electric vehicle that provides a structure of a cooling block to efficiently cool the battery for the electric vehicle and specifically, determines a diameter ratio of a nipple for equal distribution of a coolant flowing through the cooling block. The method comprises: a step of preparing a plurality of cooling blocks; a step of calculating a diameter of the nipple; a step of calculating a flow ratio deviation; and a step of determining the diameter of the nipple.
