Summary:According to the present invention, provided are a compound applicable to an electron transport layer, a hole retention layer, a charge generation layer, etc., of an organic electroluminescent device, the organic electroluminescent device in which such a compound is used, and a display apparatus comprising such an organic electroluminescent device. When a novel compound comprising at least one structure represented by chemical formula 1 is used as a material for an n-type charge-generating layer of the organic electroluminescent device with a tandem structure, a white organic field emitting device having a low driving voltage, high efficiency, and long lifespan can be realized. 본 발명에 따르면, 유기 전계 발광 소자의 전자수송층, 정공 저지층, 전하 생성층 등에 적용할 수 있는 화합물, 이러한 화합물이 사용된 유기 전계 발광 소자, 및 이러한 유기 전계 발광 소자를 포함하는 표시 장치가 제공된다.
