Summary:The present invention relates to a composite sheet having heat conduction and electromagnetic wave absorption properties and a manufacturing method thereof and more specifically, wherein a heat conduction layer and an electromagnetic wave absorption layer are alternately stacked and integrated and providing excellence in heat conduction and electromagnetic wave absorption, and an outermost layer is made of a heat-conducting layer having insulation performance and there is no risk of electrical short-circuiting, thereby having an effect of preventing problems of an equipment due to electromagnetic waves. 본 발명은 열전도 및 전자파 흡수 특성을 갖는 복합시트 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로, 열전도층 및 전자파 흡수층이 교대로 적층 및 일체화되어 열전도성 및 전자파 흡수성이 모두 우수하고, 최외각층이 절연성능을 갖는 열전도층으로 이루어져 전기적 단락 위험이 없으며, 전자파로 인한 기기의 문제가 발생하지 않는 효과가 있다.
