The present invention relates to a current collector for a lithium metal battery having an intaglio pattern, a manufacturing method thereof, and a lithium metal battery including the same. The current collector for a lithium metal battery includes a conductive thin film with an intaglio pattern formed on at least one surface, wherein structures of the same shape are repeatedly disposed in the intaglio pattern. Therefore, the current collector for a lithium metal battery induces uniform lithium deposition by forming an intaglio pattern on the conductive thin film included in the current collector for a lithium metal battery. 본 발명은 리튬금속전지에 사용되는 집전체로서, 적어도 일측의 표면에 동일한 형상의 구조체가 반복해서 배치되어 있는 음각의 패턴이 형성된 도전성 박막을 포함하는 리튬금속전지용 집전체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
