A process monitoring system for a plasma device, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a photosensor array which detects a transmitted light signal and a transmitted background signal from an emitted light signal, emitted from a plasma device generating plasma, and a background signal, respectively; and a signal processing unit which is connected to the photosensor array and measures only the intensity of a pure emitted light signal through an arithmetic operation between the transmitted light signal and the transmitted background signal.
