A substrate insert and remove fixing device of the present invention comprises a connector and at least one drive assembly disposed on one side. The drive assembly includes a drive part which provides power, a piston part which moves forward and backward by the drive part, a hook part which is moved by the piston part to connect and disconnect a predetermined substrate from the connector, a connecting member to which the piston part is movably connected, and a guide member to which the hook part is movably connected. The guide member includes a guide hole formed by a first guide hole part extending in a front-back direction and a second guide hole part extending obliquely downward from the front end of the first guide hole part. At this time, the hook part moves forward and backward and up and down along the guide hole according to the movement of the piston part.
