Embodiments of the present invention are to provide a battery rack that can increase the cooling efficiency of a plurality of battery cells of each battery module accommodated in a housing. The present invention relates to a battery rack including: a housing; a plurality of battery modules stacked in the housing; and a connecting member electrically connecting the plurality of battery modules, wherein each of the plurality of battery modules includes a plurality of battery submodules stacked on each other, each of the plurality of battery submodules includes: at least one cooling member; and a plurality of battery cells positioned on both sides with the at least one cooling member in between, and at least two of the plurality of battery cells are positioned on each side of the at least one cooling member. 본 발명은 하우징; 상기 하우징에 적층된 복수개의 배터리 모듈; 및 상기 복수개의 배터리 모듈 간을 전기적으로 연결하는 연결부재;를 포함하고, 상기 복수개의 배터리 모듈 각각은 상호 적층된 복수개의 배터리 서브모듈;을 포함하고, 상기 복수개의 배터리 서브모듈 각각은, 적어도 하나의 냉각부재; 및 상기 적어도 하나의 냉각부재를 사이에 두고 양측에 위치된 복수개의 배터리 셀;을 포함하며, 상기 복수개의 배터리 셀은 상기 적어도 하나의 냉각부재의 양측 각각에 적어도 두 개씩 위치된, 배터리 랙에 관한 것이다.
