Summary: | The present invention relates to an automated coating apparatus, which is capable of, in the manufacture of a membrane-electrode assembly (MEA), which is a core material of a polymer electrolyte fuel cell and water electrolysis stack, maximizing the performance of a membrane-electrode assembly by evenly coating a surface of a polymer electrolyte membrane with catalyst slurry and controlling the deformation of the electrolyte membrane. The automated coating apparatus comprises: a main body having a space part therein; a nozzle unit provided in the space part and spraying catalyst slurry onto a polymer electrolyte membrane; a moving unit which allows the nozzle unit to move in the direction of three axes; and an adsorption heating unit which adsorbs and fixes the polymer electrolyte membrane, onto which the catalyst slurry is sprayed, through vacuuming.
본 발명은 고분자 전해질 연료전지 및 수전해 스택의 핵심소재인 막-전극 접합체(Membrane Electrode Assembly; MEA) 제조에 있어 고분자 전해질 막 표면상에 촉매 슬러리를 균일하게 코팅하고 전해질 막의 변형을 제어하여 막-전극 접합체의 성능을 극대화할 수 있는 자동화 코팅 장치에 관한 것으로, 내부에 공간부가 구비되는 본체부, 상기 공간부에 구비되며 고분자 전해질 막에 촉매 슬러리를 분사하는 노즐부, 상기 노즐부를 3축 방향으로 이동가능하게 하는 이동부 및 상기 촉매 슬러리가 분사되는 고분자 전해질 막을 진공을 통해 흡착 고정하는 흡착가열부를 포함한다. |
