The present invention relates to a loss prevention system for belongings in a vehicle, capable of preventing a user from leaving belongings in a vehicle and losing belongings. According to an aspect of the present invention, the loss prevention system for belongings in a vehicle includes: a notifying device (100) arranged in the vehicle (10) and sensing vehicle power by being connected to a vehicle power supply line selectively applying vehicle power according to start of the vehicle (10), wherein the notifying device (100) outputting a wireless signal for a confirm request when the vehicle power applied is blocked as the start of the vehicle (10) is turned off; and a belongings communication module (200) arranged in the belongings (20) to be prevented from being lost, and outputting a response wireless signal when the wireless signal for a confirm request is received from the notifying device (100). The notifying device (100) guides that the belongings (20) in which the belongings communication module (200) is arranged exist in the vehicle (10), using a display unit (120) when the response wireless signal of the belongings communication module (200) is received. 본 발명의 특징에 따르면, 차량(10)의 내부에 배치되고, 차량(10)의 시동여부에 따라 차량전원이 선택적으로 인가되는 차량전원 공급라인에 연결되어 차량전원을 감지하며, 차량(10)의 시동이 꺼지면서 인가되던 차량전원이 차단되면 확인요청 무선신호를 출력하는 알림장치(100); 및 분실을 방지하고자 하는 소지품(20)에 배치되고 상기 알림장치(100)의 확인요청 무선신호가 수신되면 응답무선신호를 출력하는 소지품통신모듈(200);을 포함하고, 상기 알림장치(100)는 소지품통신모듈(200)의 응답무선신호가 수신되면 표시부(120)를 통해 상기 소지품통신모듈(200)이 배치된 소지품(20)이 차량(10)의 내부에 존재함을 안내하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 소지품 분실방지 시스템이 제공된다.
