Summary: | The present application relates to a method of measuring an adhesion state of a metal film deposited on a surface-modified synthetic resin film. According to the method of measuring the adhesion state of the metal film deposited on the surface-modified synthetic resin film of the present application, the adhesion state of the metal film deposited on the surface-modified synthetic resin film can be measured non-invasively without destruction. Accordingly, it is possible to check the thickness of the synthetic resin film and the thickness of the metal film. The measurement speed is fast and a complete survey is possible, improving the product production rate according to the defect rate. By reducing the occurrence of AS, economic costs can be reduced. The non-contact method of measuring the adhesion state of a metal film deposited on a surface-modified synthetic resin film includes a light irradiation step; a permeation step; and a measurement step.
본 출원은 표면 개질된 합성수지필름에 증착된 금속필름의 접착 상태를 측정하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 출원의 표면 개질된 합성수지필름에 증착된 금속필름의 접착 상태를 측정하는 방법에 의하면, 표면 개질된 합성수지필름에 증착된 금속필름의 접착 상태를 파괴 없이 비침습적으로 측정할 수 있고, 이로 인해, 합성수지필름의 두께 및 금속필름의 두께를 확인할 수 있으며, 측정 속도가 빠르고, 전수조사가 가능하여 불량률에 따른 제품 생산률을 향상시키며, AS 발생을 감소시켜 경제적 비용을 절감할 수 있다. |
