본 발명의 배선 회로 기판(X1)은, 금속 지지 기판(10)과, 절연층(20)과, 도체층(30)을, 두께 방향(T)으로 이 순서로 구비한다. 도체층(30)은, 적어도 하나의 단자부(31)와, 당해 단자부(31)로부터 연장되는 배선부(32)를 포함한다. 금속 지지 기판(10)은 개구부(10A)를 갖는다. 개구부(10A)는, 금속 지지 기판(10)을 두께 방향(T)으로 관통하고, 또한, 절연층(20)을 거쳐 단자부(31)에 대향한다. 개구부(10A)는, 두께 방향(T)의 한쪽의 제1 개구 주연부(11)와, 두께 방향(T)의 다른 쪽의 제2 개구 주연부(12)를 갖는다. 두께 방향(T)의 투영시에 있어서, 제2 개구 주연부(12)는, 제1 개구 주연부(11)의 바깥쪽에 배치되어 당해 제1 개구 주연부(11)를 따라 연장된다. The conductive layer includes at least one terminal portion and a wiring portion extending from the terminal portion. The metal supporting substrate has an opening portion. The opening portion penetrates the metal supporting substrate in the thickness direction and faces the terminal portion through the insulating layer. The opening portion has a first opening peripheral edge on one side in the thickness direction and a second opening peripheral edge on the other side in the thickness direction. In a projected view in the thickness direction, the second opening peripheral edge is disposed outside the first opening peripheral edge and extends along the first opening peripheral edge.
