Summary:According to an embodiment of the present invention, an electronic device comprises: a first through third light-emitting areas, and a dummy area. The electronic device also comprises: a base layer; and a display element layer including a reduction prevention layer including a pixel definition film arranged on the base layer, light-emitting elements classified by the pixel definition film, and a reduction preventive. The light-emitting elements respectively include an electron transport area including a metal oxide. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the electronic device is able to improve an electron transport function in an electron transport area by the reduction preventive included in the reduction prevention layer, and improve light-emitting efficiency. 일 실시예의 전자 장치는 제1 내지 제3 발광 영역, 및 더미 영역을 포함하고, 베이스층, 및 베이스층 상에 배치된 화소 정의막, 및 화소 정의막에 의해 구분되는 발광 소자들 및 환원 방지제를 포함하는 환원 방지층을 포함하는 표시 소자층을 포함하고, 발광 소자들은 각각 금속 산화물을 포함하는 전자 수송 영역을 포함한다. 일 실시예의 전자 장치는 환원 방지층에 포함된 환원 방지제에 의해 전자 수송 영역의 전자 수송 기능이 개선되고, 이에 따라 발광 효율이 개선될 수 있다.
