Summary:The present invention relates to a rehabilitation management system using a walking training apparatus, which can provide an effective and safe walking training tailored to physical conditions of a rehabilitation recipient, comprising: a walking training apparatus held by a user in an upright state and allowing a walking training while walking along a movement in a certain direction; a knee protector provided in a form that can be mounted on the knee of the user, and having an electromyogram (EMG) sensor and inertia measurement unit (IMU) installed therein to be in touch with the knee of the user to generate sensing information related to the movement of the knee and electromyogram of the user; and a management terminal establishing a communication network through a wireless network with the walking training apparatus and the knee protector to transmit and receive various information. 본 발명은 보행훈련장치를 이용한 재활관리 시스템에 관한 것으로, 사용자가 직립한 상태로 잡고 일정 방향으로의 움직임에 따라 걸으며 보행훈련을 할 수 있도록 마련된 보행훈련장치; 사용자가 무릎에 장착 가능한 형태로 마련되며, 내측에 설치된 근전도(EMG, Electromyogram)센서 및 관성센서(IMU, Inertia Measurement Unit)가 장착된 사용자의 무릎에 접하여 사용자의 무릎 움직임과 근전도에 관한 감지정보를 생성하는 무릎보호대; 및 상기 보행훈련장치 및 무릎보호대와 무선 네트워크를 통한 통신망을 구축하여 각종 정보의 송, 수신을 수행하는 관리단말;을 포함한다.
