The present invention relates to an air purification system using a moss panel which maintains a growing environment for moss to be optimum through the optimum moisture supply to increase air purification actions through the same, delimits a supply area and range of moisture to a moss panel placed to solve various problems including slip occurrences and contamination caused by scattering and leakage of moisture supplied to the moss. The air purification system comprises: a main frame; one or more panel accommodation units which are formed on a front surface of the main frame and has a front open and an accommodation space formed in a middle; and a moss panel which has a back part inserted at a front side of each of the panel accommodation units and has a planting space where moss is planted formed therein. 본 발명은 이끼에 최적의 수분 공급을 통해 이끼의 생육환경을 최적으로 유지함과 아울러 이를 통한 공기청정작용을 증대시킬 수 있으며, 수분의 공급 영역과 범위를 배치된 이끼 패널로 한정할 수 있도록 하여 이끼에 공급되는 수분의 외부로의 비산과 누설로 인해 발생되는 주변의 미끄럼 발생, 오염 등과 같은 다양한 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 하는 이끼 패널을 이용한 공기청정시스템에 관한 것으로서, 메인 프레임, 상기 메인 프레임의 앞면에 형성되고 전면에 개방되고 중간에 수용 공간이 형성되는 하나 이상의 패널 수용부 및 상기 패널 수용부 각각의 전측에서 후부가 삽입되고 내부에 이끼가 식재되는 식재 공간이 형성되는 이끼 패널을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
