A reagent analysis device includes: a camera part including a camera with a sensor; a reagent placement part from which a reagent is injected; a memory storing data about images acquired by the camera; a display visually displaying the data about the images; a control part electrically connected with the camera part, the memory and the display; and a communication module mediating a user terminal with the control part, wherein the control part acquires an image of the reagent placement part using the camera, acquires a focused region-of-interest image among images of the reagent placement part, acquires a focused analysis subject image among the focused region-of-interest images, determines that a reaction of the reagent has been completed based on the color of the image acquired through the camera part, and transmits an output signal to the user terminal through the communication module such that the user terminal can output information indicating the completion of the reaction of the reagent.
