The present invention relates to a coffee machine facilitating the application, storage, and sharing of profiling which comprises: a casing having an upper surface open and a space formed on a front surface of a lower part thereof; a dripper provided at an upper part of the casing; a water tank provided with a heater and built into the casing; a control switch unit provided on a front surface of the casing; a display provided on a front surface of an upper part of the casing; a pump built into the casing such that one end is in communication with the water tank; a head motor provided such that one end is in communication with the other end of the pump and the other end is located at an upper part of the dripper; a temperature sensor provided on the water tank; a first weight sensor provided on a lower surface of the water tank; a second weight sensor provided on the casing to detect the weight of a coffee pot; and a controller provided in the casing to control the control switch unit, the display, the pump, the head motor, the temperature sensor, the first weight sensor, and the second weight sensor, respectively. The present invention can manage coffee beans, water, temperature, and the cleanliness of equipment, which determine the taste and quality of coffee, in real time, at a barista level by using profiling techniques. Therefore, the present invention has the effect of allowing users to easily enjoy high-quality and diverse special coffees like professional cafes even in general home cafes and offices. 본 발명은 프로파일링의 적용, 저장, 공유가 용이한 커피 머신에 관한 것으로, 상부면이 개방되어 있으며 하부의 전면이 공간이 형성된 케이싱과; 상기 케이싱의 상부에 제공된 드립퍼와; 히터를 구비하며 상기 케이싱에 내장된 물통과; 상기 케이싱의 전면에 제공된 조절 스위치부와; 상기 케이싱의 상부 전면에 제공된 디스플레이와; 일단이 상기 물통과 연통되도록 상기 케이싱에 내장된 펌프와; 상기 펌프의 타단과 일단이 연통되어 있으며 타단은 상기 드립퍼의 상부에 위치하도록 제공된 헤드모터와; 상기 물통에 제공된 온도센서와; 상기 물통의 하부면에 제공된 제 1 중량센서와; 상기 커피포트의 중량을 감지하도록 상기 케이싱에 제공된 제 2 중량센서와; 상기 조절 스위치부, 상기 디스플레이, 상기 펌프, 상기 헤드모터, 상기 온도센서, 상기 제 1 중량센서 및 상기 제 2 중량센서를 각기 제어하도록 상기 케이싱에 제공된 제어기로 구성됨으로써, 커피의 맛과 품격을 결정짓는 원두, 물, 온도 및 기기의 청결 등을 프로파일링 기법을 활용하여 바리스타 수준으로 실시간 관리할 수 있어 일반적인 홈카페 및 오피스에서도 전문 카페와 같은 품격높고 다양한 스페셜 커피를 용이하게 즐길 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
